Despite the declining financial performance, RIM still has some blue-blooded friend who is quite powerful. Porsche for instance. Porsche Design P9981 BlackBerry can now be done pre-order at a price of $ 1,700. And Porsche is the RIM connection runs much faster. Even RIM has just showcased the BlackBerry Playbook QNX with the interface style created specifically for use in a Porsche 911.

This interface will control the phone calls, including VoIP calls, play music, internet access, and navigation applications. The screen in the car looks almost like the BlackBerry Playbook UI QNX but more limited and simple. Some other information is displayed at the top of the screen without the user having to dig deeper to achieve a particular application. Without having to search for a specific menu, the driver can obtain information about the timing, temperature, and the information that a track is played on a CD.

QNX does not say when we can look at this interface appear in a new vehicle, although it would be up to the car manufacturers as well and we will see these modifications in the car. so do not be surprised if Porsche's get cracking boxing at the interface. Sharing is sexy
